The rental fee includes the use of the entire barn facility, including upstairs wedding chapel, main floor large reception hall, overflow room, covered outdoor patio, prep kitchen, bride’s room, grooms man cave for a 10-hour period. Also included is a 1 hour rehearsal time for weddings. Our site is an all inclusive venue. We do not charge more for use of the barn, reception hall or gardens.

Summer weddings we can accommodate up to 220+ guests

Winter weddings we can accommodate up to 180 guests

A non-refundable $500 deposit holds your date with the balance due 60 days before the event. A separate $350 damage deposit check is also required 60 days prior to your event that will not be cashed, but will returned to you one week after your event should there be no damage.

Remember, that Stilly Brook Farm has both indoor and outdoor wedding sites. Included in the price when using the outdoor facilities (gazebo, pavilion and garden areas) is the alternative use of the indoor Barn Chapel if weather conditions limit an outdoor wedding. An outdoor garden wedding is always a wonderful choice, but with our unpredictable northwest weather, using the barn as an alternative, even in the summer, is a great option.

Damage Deposit

All cleaning and disposal of garbage is provided by our staff. There is an additional $350 damage deposit that is required 60 days prior to the event. If excessive cleaning or repair to the facility is required, this fee will not be refunded. Please note this will be at our discretion. It is our hope that we can fully refund this fee.

Additional Charges:

Additional Time needed – Add $200 for each additional hour
Delivery Charge – Add $50 for each delivery or pick-up handled by our staff

Additional Event Insurance Coverage required

Due to unforeseen liability risk that each event brings, we require you to purchase event insurance. This is standard requirement for most venues. We suggest WedSafe, Travelers insurance or a similar event insurance. $1,000,000 general liability is required naming Stilly Brook Farm as insured. This can be purchased quickly online. Proof of insurance will be required.
